About us
This website is operated by Pharmicom, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Email hello@pharmicom.com.
Who the website is for
The website describes our services to pharmaceutical, healthcare and other business professionals. It is not intended for patients or the general public seeking information about medicines or health conditions.
Using the website
You may view, download and print pages for your own business use. You must not:
- copy, scrape, reproduce or republish content, films, decks, code or designs without our written permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, probe or test its security, or interfere with its operation (for example with malware or excessive automated requests);
- use the enquiry form to send spam, unlawful content, or patient-identifiable or adverse event information;
- use the website in any way that breaks the law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Security researchers who find a vulnerability are welcome to report it responsibly; see our security.txt.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, films, reels, decks, dashboards, the Pharmicom name and logo, and the code, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and international treaties. Product names and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.
Portfolio samples
Work samples are prepared by Pharmicom to show our design, writing and technical standards. They use generic molecule names and published data, are not promotional material, and have not been reviewed or approved by any marketing authorisation holder. “Cardiora” is a fictional brand, and dashboard figures are generated sample data, not real market data.
No medical or professional advice
Nothing on this website is medical, legal, regulatory or investment advice. See the Medical & regulatory disclaimer.
Enquiries, quotes and proposals
Submitting a brief does not create a contract. A contract exists only when both sides sign a proposal, statement of work or agreement, which will then govern the work. We treat briefs as confidential and use them only to respond to you. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to or use third-party services (for example Google Fonts). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
Your responsibility
If you misuse the website in breach of these terms, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs that result.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve the matter.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up. These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement about your use of the website.
